No, creating an account is not mandatory. However, we recommend registering with your email ID and contact number to help us reach you easily in case of any delivery-related queries.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. A separate email with tracking information will be shared once your order is shipped.
Shipping addresses can only be updated before dispatch. Please ensure all address details, including apartment or suite numbers, are accurate. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, and the order cannot be cancelled.
After payment confirmation, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you may submit a request through the contact form within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are solely at the discretion of the Riwayat couture website.
Registered users can track their shipment by logging into My Account > Order Status. If you have not registered, please contact us with your order number for assistance.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch. You can track your order anytime using your order ID.
We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and wallets such as Paytm, PhonePe, Cred, and Mobikwik on the Riwayat online store.
All refunds are processed via Bank Transfer mode. Please allow one billing cycle for the amount to reflect in your bank statement.
To exchange an item, please follow the returns process as outlined in our return policy.
