  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible pin codes, subject to change without notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error on our platform, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly in such cases.

As standard practice, if a cancellation request is received before dispatch, we will cancel the order and process a full refund of the amount paid. Riwayat Couture reserves the right to issue the refund as a bank transfer or store credit, as deemed appropriate.

Please Note: Promotional vouchers or discount codes applied to an order cancelled by the customer may not be reinstated to the account. Vouchers applied to orders cancelled by Riwayat Couture will be returned to the customer’s account.
