Returns & Refund Policy

At Riwayat Couture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order, as it governs all transactions made on riwayatcouture.com.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead follow the return process outlined below.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer a hassle-free exchange option to ensure you get the right fit or style.

Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
A reverse pickup fee of ₹150 will be charged for all exchanges.
Each product can be exchanged only once. After an exchange has been processed, the item will no longer be eligible for any further return or exchange.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Products must be returned within 4 days from the date of delivery.
All original product tags and packaging must remain intact at the time of return.
Delivery charges and reverse pickup costs for returns will be borne by the customer.

Wrong, Missing or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong, missing, or defective item, all associated return and pickup costs will be borne by Riwayat Couture.
Such complaints must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be entertained.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are strictly not eligible for return or exchange:

Items returned without all original packaging, tags, or accessories included at the time of delivery.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items purchased during clearance or sale events.
Any product that has already been exchanged once.

Please Note: Product images displayed on our website may show slight colour or texture variations from the actual product due to differences in lighting and screen resolution. Such variations are not considered defects and will not qualify for return or exchange.

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 3–4 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
Delivery charges and reverse pickup fees will be deducted from the refund amount, except in cases where the return is due to a wrong, missing, or defective item.
You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund has been initiated.
